Steel Path Lending, LLC, was founded to bridge the gap in funding sources for the renovation of residential real estate. We portfolio all of our loans. That means that our team originates, underwrites and services your loan from beginning to end. We do not broker loans or sell loans to investors, and we do not require third-party approvals. This allows us to provide simplified approvals, make fast lending decisions and close your transaction in under a week. Quick turn around times allow you to close quickly and on your terms and get in and out of projects fast and rehab more properties.

1. Loan Application
Our application process is simple and efficient. Unlike banks and other hard money lenders, we can typically approve borrowers in 24 hours or less. We want to lend money to quality investors on rehab projects that make sense!
2. Project Evaluation
Once your initial application is approved, it’s time to start looking for properties. Think of us as your second set of eyes for project evaluation. Our partners have extensive rehab experience and have successfully flipped over 50 houses. We research each project individually to insure a high probability of success. In most cases, we can even provide you with our lending max before you submit your offer.
3. Loan Funding
As a real estate investor, there is nothing worse than problems at your closing. At Steel Path Lending, LLC, we are very experienced at working with a wide variety of real estate professionals to ensure accuracy and timely closings. In many cases, our clients even leave closings with a check to cover rehab costs, instead of waiting for draws to come through during the rehab.
4. Loan Servicing
Just because the transaction has closed doesn’t mean that our great service stops there. We are here to support our clients from purchase to the final sale with trade referrals, legal advice and timely and accurate payoffs. We are a better partner to our clients when we position them to succeed!
